Bilingual Spanish Medical Call Center Rep

*Responsibilities:*
* Answers telephones, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in a timely manner
* Provides warm transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member
* Schedules appointments according to scheduling specifications for each physician
* Verifies new patients benefits and eligibility
* Keeps physicians' schedule full
* Completes and mails new patient packets
*Qualifications:*
* Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
* *At least 1 year of reception, admin or call center experience in a medical office required*
* *Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent*
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
