Are you a passionate healthcare professional looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, drawing blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established protocols.
Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and handle patient information with care.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is required (in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
Reliable transportation.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
