* Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
* Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc.
* Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations.
* Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
* Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
* Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians.
* Engage residents in activities and social interaction.
*Requirements:*
* Medication administration experience preferred
* MUST have a big heart and be willing to work in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Setting
* Ability to Lift 50 lbs
* Reliable Transportation
