FP&A Manager
Our well known retail client seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to support their team. The ideal candidate has a background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and product margin, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver insights to senior leadership.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities
Support planning team by providing key insights into business performance, focusing on Consumer & Product aspects.
Create and deliver monthly and quarterly reports and analyses on product revenue and gross margin to inform monthly/quarterly/leadership financial reviews.
Assist with long-range planning through profitability models, forecasts, and target setting.
Identify and implement process and model optimizations to provide more timely and relevant insights across revenue and margin.
Develop and improve tools and processes that enhance financial planning and reporting, focusing on KPIs and product insights.

FP&A Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
8 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting.
Preference for prior experience in Product Margin/Finance within retail, consumer goods, or similar industry.
Tech-savvy with ERP systems, financial dashboards, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to lead quantitative analysis, build financial models, and create presentations for senior leadership.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Salary: $60-$63/hr. (DOE)
