* Weekly travel stipend: $32/hr
* Weekly Taxable: $18/hr

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including medical offices, teaching hospitals, and specialized clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to work effectively with patients suffering from infectious diseases and other medical conditions.

*Duties*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
* Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
* Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed, particularly in areas such as ophthalmology and internal medicine.
* Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during treatment.

*Requirements*
* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and infectious disease care.
* Experience working in a medical office or teaching hospital is preferred.
* Proficient in taking vital signs and performing basic clinical procedures.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the nursing field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $50.00 per hour
