We’re currently seeking a *Speech Language Pathologist* to join our amazing team.

*Details of the Opening:*
* Anticipated start date: *ASAP*
* Salary range: *$40-$45 hourly*
* Schedule: *Full Time*

*Daily Range of Responsibilities:*
* Providing a full range of speech-language pathology services including identification, assessment and treatment planning
* Conducting therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards
* Provide timely and accurate documentation of assessments, finding, goals and recommendations for patient medical record, care plan or MDS per regulatory compliance and facility policy and procedure
* Provide training and instruction to appropriate staff responsible for Speech Language Pathologist related plans of care. These include but are not limited to swallowing improvement techniques, diet texture modification, cognition, and communication as per facility policy and procedure
* Maintain effective communication and have an active role with medical staff, nursing, dietary and rehabilitation clinical team

*What You’ll Need to Qualify for this Role:*
* Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure in good standing
* Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year with speech, language, hearing, cognitive and swallowing disorders
* Minimum of one-year experience in physical disabilities rehabilitation
* Up-to-date Occupational Safety and Health Administration mandated training on blood-borne pathogens
