About the Role:
As a Patient Services Representative II (PSR II), you'll play a vital role in our patient care team. You'll be responsible for drawing blood samples, preparing specimens, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and explain procedures clearly.
Phlebotomy: Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure accurate results.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Compliance: Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
