Here are just a few things we offer: Access to health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account $500 matching contribution Eligible for PTO and Holiday pay Company paid life insurance and long term disability (full-time only) Access to voluntary short term disability insurance (full-time only) Access to additional life insurance Eligible for Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Cancer Guardian 401K with employer contribution Profit sharing Employee discounts And much more ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsPerforms opening and closing clinic dutiesGreets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insuranceScans documents into electronic health recordMaintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the dayChecks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the daySchedules follow up appointments as neededResponds to designated tasks in the electronic health recordOrders clinic office suppliesSells and tracks cosmetic productsDistributes mailPrepares for next day scheduled appointments QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity is preferred.Proficient in basic computer functions.Ability to learn new software quickly.Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.Ability to operate standard office equipment.Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is preferred.Must possess attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors.Must demonstrate professional appearance and manner at all times.Must display a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor, and must be compassionate and caring in dealing with others.Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
