*What will you be doing:*

As a Payment Posting Supervisor you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all health plan payments in a timely and accurate manner. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately post all health plan payments to corresponding invoices/claims. Ensures all deposits and receipts in billing systems Brightree, Kinser and Caretend are reconciled for month end close. Manage and maintain posting of ERN’s and paper check/denials to all Billing systems. Reviews all Billing systems for accurate posting for month end process.

*What will you need to succeed:*
* 4+ years of experience in Payment Posting.
* 4+ years of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred.
* 4+ years of Supervisory experience
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
* Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
