Infection Control Nurse

*Location*
* Ganado, Arizona

*Responsibilities*
* Responsible for implementing and following Infection Control, Employee Health, and Disinfection and Sterilization program policies and procedures
* Maintains current knowledge of infection control practices. Uses CDC, CMS, The Joint Commission, County and State, APIC regulations, standards or guidelines to recommend changes in infection control practices and procedures.
* Resource to the Sage Memorial employees, completes written/oral reports and or recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team, as necessary concerning infection control and employee health.
* Assists in tracking all infectious disease. Povides education and follow up as necessary.

*Requirements*
* Certifications/Licensure: Compact and AZ License, BLS (AHA), Certificate in Infection Control CIC,
* 4 years of experience in clinical setting with knowledge of Infection Control.
* Previous management/supervisory role as RN
* COVID vaccine required
