Work Type: Onsite, Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2 pm with rotational Saturdays

About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing essential services to patients. Your primary responsibilities include drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Phlebotomy:
Perform accurate and efficient blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Prepare and label blood specimens according to established procedures.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Patient Care:
Greet and interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Explain procedures clearly and answer patient questions.
Create a positive and reassuring environment for patients.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum of 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a patient service center environment.
Medical assistant or paramedic training.
Customer service experience in a retail or service setting.
