Join a premier medical practice as an MRI/CT Tech and be a part of a fast-paced team that plays a key role in defining the radiology market

*Shift*: *Part Time* - *Fridays* and *Saturdays* ONLY - 8 hour shifts, and 16 hours weekly.

*Pay*: $37 - $52 per hour depending on experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Performs MRI and CT procedures as ordered achieving a high level of quality and timeliness
* Escorts patients to a treatment room and assists with dressings as necessary
* Completes all paperwork necessary to ensure timely delivery of CT services
* Explains MRI and CT procedures to address patient concerns and questions
* Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff
* Completes related paperwork and obtains interpretation by the radiologist
* Conducts quality control measures to monitor machine performance and reports all malfunctions and/or need for adjustments to the site manager
* Focuses on customer service and users courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors to maintain a professional atmosphere
* Required to respond to a medical emergency including administering CPR
* Assists patients with positioning on the exam table and may be required to assist patients to prevent falls

*Requirements*
* *ARRT* (MR) and (CT) mandatory
* Must maintain and meet continuing education requirement as set forth by the the ARRT
* *CPR* certified
* 1+ years *magnetic* *resonance* experience preferred
* Must be able to work independently
* Exceptional patient skills a must
