We are looking for a Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm) Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health position in a PACE setting. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is committed to keeping Hudson County seniors healthy, safe, and living at home. Our innovative program addresses the needs of elderly individuals who qualify for nursing home level of care but helps them remain in their own community surrounded by family and friends. The pay and benefits for this Physical Therapy position are very generous. The Physical Therapist Assesses, plans, organizes, and administers rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. We will accept a Physical Therapist with any experience in any setting including new grads This Physical Therapy position is with a company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. PT JOB REQUIREMENTS: We will accept a Physical Therapist with ANY experience in any setting including new grads, however if the therapist does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted, and new grads are welcomed All Physical therapists must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a license to practice PT in the state. All Physical Therapists must also either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- NO EXCEPTIONS This company requires a COVID-19 vaccine. You may apply for the medical exemption.
