Job Description:

Join our team as a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. As a PSR I, you will be the face of our company to patients, building trust and confidence through your friendly and professional demeanor. You will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently draw blood samples from patients of all ages.
Prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to patients.
Demonstrate strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
