Job Description:
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care? We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team in Kennewick, WA. As a crucial member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences and delivering accurate laboratory results.

Responsibilities:

Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
Provide clear and compassionate communication with patients, explaining procedures and addressing their concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
