_*Compensation:*_
_*$225/hr + benefits (value $30hr) W2 employee*_
_*$250/hr Independent Contractor*_

* PTO based on hours worked with cash-out option
* Holiday pay of 1.5x hourly rate for 8 major holiday shifts
* Health/Dental employer pays 50% of premium up to $1000/month
* 401K with employer matching, increasing based on years of service, starting at 3%, up to max of 9%
* CME reimbursement of $2,000/year (includes licensing fees, dues)
* Local control of schedule by a physician medical director who works clinical shifts and understands group culture and needs
* Paid Malpractice with tail coverage

_*Qualifications & Experience:*_
* FP/IM with Emergency Medicine experience
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
* MD/DO
* Wisconsin Medical License/DEA
_*Brief Site Overview:*_
* Daily Arrivals: ~ 24
* Coverage model: 24.5 hours of physician coverage per day, single coverage with 30-minute day-to-night overlap
* EMR: EPIC
* Level 3 Trauma Center with Heli-pad
* Nursing staffing currently filled
* 24/7 in-house hospitalist
