Job Title: Sr. Production Test Engineering, Section Manager About the Role: The Sr. Production Test Engineering, Section Manager is a pivotal position that oversees a team of engineers supporting production testing in the Andover factory. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to manage tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure team efficiency. Responsibilities: Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and demands. Coordinate resources effectively to optimize team performance. Manage team staffing levels and interface with strategic make center personnel and leaders. Develop and implement training programs for employee performance development. Ensure technical quality of engineering tasks and product compliance. Develop sustaining solutions to technical problems and troubleshoot manufacturing systems. Lead root cause and corrective action initiatives to improve processes. Participate or lead functional or factory improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. 1 year of experience in leading people/teams. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship. Key Qualifications: This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
