CV Technologist in Cardiovascular Medicine

About the Role Prepares equipment before and during procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Evaluates patient conditions and prepares them for procedures while providing top-notch care.
Maintains a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent complications.
Responsibilities Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, sharing expertise and knowledge to aid in their growth.
Develops strong professional relationships with cardiologists, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances patient care.
Maintains accreditation standards and participates in various awards programs, contributing to the hospital's reputation.
Requirements A degree from an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Life Support within six months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation package includes $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous experience.
