Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Pre-procedure preparation:
Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared and available for procedures.
Patient assessment:
Identify and assess patient conditions to ensure the best possible care.
Sterile environment:
Establish and maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and promote patient safety.
Mentorship:
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
Professional relationships:
Maintain strong professional relationships with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate excellent patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Certifications:
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
Education:
Completion of 24 month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS
Experience:
Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
Salary Range:
$27.84-$45.46/hr
