Recognized across the organization for functional expertise in Salesforce e-commerce technology. Delivers technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software Salesforce e-commerce systems. You will conduct complex business process analysis, needs assessments, and participates in design sessions with architects and other engineers to align digital solutions with business initiatives. Day-to-day you will work in an Agile environment with Back-End Developers, Front-End Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to translate business needs into digital solutions. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of coming to our corporate headquarters 3 days per week (this may subject to change).
Contributes strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding applications and software development. Presents, and communicates, and articulates technical processes effectively to all levels of the organization (including technical and non-technical audiences, Senior Leadership, VPs and the C-level executives).
Undertakes the highly complex applications development projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple facets of the business.
Develop enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing new software and by modifying/enhancing existing software applications.
Contribute to advanced systems planning, scheduling and implementation.
Lead eCommerce implementations, utilizing Salesforce B2B Classic and/or B2B Lightning, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and integration.
Design and develop the headless solution for eCommerce and work with technical teams for implementation of APIs
Process flow and data flow for new implementations in eCommerce
Coordination with integration team and React team for dependencies or new APIs and structures.
Independently lead the estimation effort for a project
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.
Will coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on highly complicated systems projects.
Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Five (5) Years of Experience in eCommerce Applications design and development.
Three (3) years of experience in architecting ecommerce applications with CloudCraze

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
~ Significant knowledge of project management/change management in regards to acquisition/development life cycles.
Systems development, implementation, upgrades and analyses.
QA testing, catalyst or unified business modeling, system design and analysis.
Knowledge of enterprise coding standards.
Hands on experience in writing highly complex code.
Knowledge of software methodologies.
Web application development, imaging technology.
Design Commerce Cloud solutions by working closely with application owners and business analysts product owners to build technology solutions to meet business needs.
