I. Job SummaryRecognized across the organization for functional expertise in Salesforce e-commerce technology. Delivers technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software Salesforce e-commerce systems. Demonstrates broad knowledge of highly complex business processes and capabilities. You will conduct complex business process analysis, needs assessments, and participates in design sessions with architects and other engineers to align digital solutions with business initiatives. Day-to-day you will work in an Agile environment with Back-End Developers, Front-End Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to translate business needs into digital solutions. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of coming to our corporate headquarters 3 days per week (this may subject to change).
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
Contributes strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding applications and software development. Presents, and communicates, and articulates technical processes effectively to all levels of the organization (including technical and non-technical audiences, Senior Leadership, VPs and the C-level executives).
Undertakes the highly complex applications development projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple facets of the business.
Develop enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing new software and by modifying/enhancing existing software applications.
Lead design/coding sessions, develops solutions, and implements solutions as part of a team. Performs complex analyses of system requirements and of existing business processes and information systems.
Articulate design and resolves technical/design conflicts as they occur.
Coordinate with business analysts and users to determine requirements.
Review systems under development and related documentation.
Contribute to advanced systems planning, scheduling and implementation.
Mentor and foster growth of peers and team members.
Lead eCommerce implementations, utilizing Salesforce B2B Classic and/or B2B Lightning, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and integration.
Design and develop the headless solution for eCommerce and work with technical teams for implementation of APIs
Process flow and data flow for new implementations in eCommerce
Integration patterns and sequencing considering SFDC best practices.
Coordination with integration team and React team for dependencies or new APIs and structures.
Independently lead the estimation effort for a project
Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures.
Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back end systems.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.
III. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesWill coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on highly complicated systems projects.
IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Ten (10) years of previous experience required (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred Experience:
Five (5) Years of Experience in eCommerce Applications design and development.
Three (3) years of experience in architecting ecommerce applications with CloudCraze

Technically advanced knowledge or in-depth skills in one or more of the following is required:
Significant knowledge of project management/change management in regards to acquisition/development life cycles.
Systems development, implementation, upgrades and analyses.
QA testing, catalyst or unified business modeling, system design and analysis.
Knowledge of enterprise coding standards.
Hands on experience in writing highly complex code.
Ability to perform code reviews.
Knowledge of software methodologies.
Ability to learn new and emerging technologies.
Ability to lead a group to consensus, solve problems, and accomplish tasks.
Ability to mentor and train less knowledgeable peers and individuals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to change.

D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities that Contribute to Success
May require technically advanced or in-depth skills in one or more of the following:
Web application development, imaging technology.
Design Commerce Cloud solutions by working closely with application owners and business analysts product owners to build technology solutions to meet business needs.
