The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) will promote and sell our SaaS products for our NEOGOV (Human Capital Management) division to our current customers in local government. This position includes managing SDR, marketing and self sourced leads, online product demonstrations, sales presentations, contract negotiations and support of the overall sales and marketing efforts. The primary objective of the Regional Sales Representative (RSR) role is to expand the sales of NEOGOV products and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction. The RSR provides support to the aligned region/division for all sales-related activities, and upon successful completion of duties, will assume territory responsibilities as a Sales Representative. In this role, the RSR will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products by local government agencies. This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action. What You Will do Create Sales Campaigns for small to medium sized accounts and closely coordinate company involvement.
