About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function in Phoenix . This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's objectives and foster a high-performing work culture. You will oversee all HR operations, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
