Dispatcher Brief DescriptionThe Job Center Staffing is now hiring Dispatcher for 2nd shift in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced logistics and mail-handling environment. Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Dispatcher• $16.50/hr - 4:30pm-12:30am• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO• Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year Responsibilities of Dispatcher• Separate and stack trays of mail based on tray labels• Build and organize pallets for transportation to the Post Office or another PBI site• Sleeve mail trays, shrink wrap pallets, and load trucks• Work in an active warehouse environment shared with forklifts and electric pallet jacks• Maintain accuracy and organization while working at a fast pace• Follow all safety procedures and operational instructions communicated in English Requirements of Dispatcher• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs• Must be alert and safety-focused while working near forklifts and pallet jacks• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Basic understanding of English required to follow safety and operational directions• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual labor• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others• Background check and E-Verify required #TX
