Directs services, workflow and resources for PAT, Pre/Post, PACU, Short Stay, ENDO, and Interventional Radiology. This role is onsite and will require relocation to St. Develops departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Directs clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, service level determination, patient visits, and complaint management.
Prepares and monitors budget(s) and ensures that assigned nursing area operates within allocated funds. Master's degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree in Nursing if Master's is not in Nursing

Three years' registered nurse experience, with one year in direct people management/leadership
PAT, Pre/Post, PACU, Short Stay, ENDO, Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred

Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider ( BLS HCP ) - American Heart Association (AHA)
Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration or Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
