We are currently seeking an RN for our Private Duty Care department to cover In-Home visits. This position will be responsible for admissions, and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

* Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
* Opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy
* Observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
* May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
* Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
* Follow state approved care plan.
* Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
* Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

* Active Registered Nurse license in the state of MO
* In Home experience preferred
* Strong organizational and self-management skills
* Strong and compassionate customer service skills
* Valid driver's license
