About the Role The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Specialist at Norman Regional Health System plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our cardiovascular program by preparing and operating equipment during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment. This position requires a strong foundation in Radiologic Technology, with additional certifications in cardiovascular care being a plus.
This individual will serve as a mentor to new hires and students, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department. They will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with cardiologists and completing necessary training and certifications.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and operate equipment during cardiovascular procedures
Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures
Serve as a mentor to new hires and students
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cardiologists
Complete necessary training and certifications
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Additional certifications in cardiovascular care preferred
Previous experience in procedural areas a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience
