Key Responsibilities: · Dispatching service technicians to customer locations for repairs and installations · Coordinating and scheduling service calls to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion · Managing service requests and inquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer support · Maintaining accurate records of service calls, including equipment and parts used, and tracking warranty information · Collaborating with the repair department team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery Job Requirements: Closely manage partner expectations by providing realistic estimated time of arrival (ETA) for service calls, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. Strategically prioritize call schedule based on the level of emergency or urgency, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery. Accurately record data in computer systems, maintain comprehensive logs and records of calls, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
