Now, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our repair department as a Field Service Dispatch Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

· Dispatching service technicians to customer locations for repairs and installations

· Coordinating and scheduling service calls to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion

· Managing service requests and inquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer support

· Maintaining accurate records of service calls, including equipment and parts used, and tracking warranty information

· Collaborating with the repair department team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

Job Requirements:

Closely manage partner expectations by providing realistic estimated time of arrival (ETA) for service calls, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Strategically prioritize call schedule based on the level of emergency or urgency, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Accurately record data in computer systems, maintain comprehensive logs and records of calls, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.

Thrive in high-stress work environments, effectively managing pressure and maintaining composure to deliver exceptional service.

Serve as a communication liaison, facilitating effective collaboration between partners, account managers, and technicians, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution of issues.

Collaborate closely with management and technicians to modify service schedules as needed to meet the unique needs of partners, fostering strong relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Foster strong relationships with technicians, dispatchers, partners, and management, providing support and guidance to manage unexpected schedule changes and service demands.

Excel in team environments, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and collaboration in high-pressure situations.

Adhere to office procedures and guidelines, ensuring consistent compliance with established policies.

Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with partners and customers.

Demonstrate outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage service calls efficiently

· Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and technicians professionally

· Knowledge of home appliances, electrical systems, or related fields is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, and software to track service requests and schedule appointments
