Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a highly qualified midlevel or senior associate to join its Structured Transactions Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong law firm experience and top academic credentials who are looking to work on sophisticated transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and/or finance transactions. While a background in structured finance and securitization is preferred, candidates with experience in RMBS, ABS, CLOs, or other financing structures are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications: Midlevel or senior associate with prior law firm experience Strong academic credentials Experience in corporate or finance transactions Background in structured finance/securitization (preferred) RMBS, ABS, CLO, or other asset-backed financing experience (highly preferred, but not required) This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a collaborative and dynamic practice.
