Locum Tenens Oncologist Opportunity in Pennsylvania Position: Locum - Physician - OncologyLocation: (Near Horsham, PA) Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Oncologist for an exciting opportunity at Hospital's Medical Oncology unit. This locum tenens position offers coverage from December 8th through the morning of the 14th, and from the 22nd through the morning of January 2nd, with ongoing dates available. Details: Start Date: December 8, 2023 Duration: Ongoing Shift Type: Varied (8am-4:30pm, followed by 4:30pm-8am call) Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric Duties: Hematology (60%) / Medical Oncology (40%) Average Patients per Day (Outpatient): 8 (with a goal to increase to 12) Average Patients per Day (Hospital): 8 Clinical Areas: Oncology-Outpatient setting, Internal Medicine inpatient setting, and Oncology Inpatient setting Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters EMR: Aria/Meditech Credentialing Timeframe: Quick start for licensed candidates with no malpractice history Local candidates preferred - Mileage reimbursed Requirements: Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology ACLS Certification Active PA license or licensing process started at the time of submission Availability to cover at least 2 weeks per month Clean background Ability to be within driving distance Application: If you are interested in this rewarding opportunity, please contact MD Staff at or via email at .
