Job Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Provider Title: Pediatric Pulmonologist Provider Type: Physician Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: Call Only Practice Setting: Inpatient Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license Valid DEA Licensure Specialty Skills Required: Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff) Ventilation Management (Newborn, Pediatric) - Acute and Chronic Intubation (ETT/NT) - Newborn and Pediatrics Conscious sedation, Deep sedation Central line, Arterial lines, UVC, UAC Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Chest tube insertion, Needle pneumothorax, Decompression X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation PA Catheter, Exchange transfusion, Suturing minor lacerations, Circumcision (type), Swallow studied Assignment Details: Physicians provide day (inpatient) and night call coverage for 7 days a week. Inpatient and night call coverage are usually bundled and done the same week. Number of phone Consults per day: 4 There may be ICU consults but this is not exclusively ICU.
