The Marketing Project Manager is a key leadership position for the company. We are looking for an A-Player with strong Project Management experience for online & offline marketing campaigns.

You are an EXCEPTIONAL LEADER & MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER with at least 3+ years experience managing Marketing Teams.  You love creating, building & managing marketing campaigns and increasing leads that ultimately lead to more sales and happy clients. 

You have extensive experience managing all the moving parts for marketing campaigns to ensure RESULTS and an ROI.  

You are highly organized and experienced in scoping out campaigns, all the details & tasks to your Marketing Team in a Project Management System (like Asana, etc). You know how to keep your team motivated, meeting deadlines and KPIs.  

If you only have Social Media or Copywriting experience but have never been a Marketing Manager/ Project Manager, managing a marketing team and campaigns

This is a 1099 CONTRACT POSITION - 30 hours/ week.  
Overview
The Marketing Project Manager works directly with the CMO to turn their vision into a reality.  
You are the LEADER of the Marketing Team responsible for managing 5 people: Hubspot Specialist, Funnel Builder, Copywriter, Social Media Specialist, Graphic Designer, etc 

You spearhead the project planning, execution and optimization of our marketing efforts, making sure the Marketing Team Members are clear on deliverables, deadlines, etc  

Your job is to manage and create campaigns from A-Z, from visioning and creation to execution, overseeing the team and all the moving parts to producing the outcome, pivoting based on metrics and data to ensure ROI on each campaign.

This role has its hands in every step of the customer journey from initial awareness, through front-end top of funnel content marketing to bottom of funnel conversion, and even long-term ascension.
On a day-to-day basis, you might find yourself doing all of the following:
  • Working with the team to come up with strategic ideas along with all the supporting copy (emails, order forms, upsells, etc.)
  • Managing promotions from start to finish, ensuring that every step meets the company’s standards and branding guidelines.  
  • Stay up to date with what’s happening in marketing and make suggestions for new tests and launches that will drive growth
  • Work with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and CEO to brainstorm new offerings as well as strategically and tactically improve existing offers
  • Set up A/B split tests, monitor performance with specific goals to increase growth
  • Manage and maintain marketing metrics

  • Can make sure the “through line” of the entire campaign from copy, graphics, videos, call to action, etc are all consistent in our tone and style based on our brand guidelines 
  • Able to manage & modify annual marketing plan with Q1, Q2, Q3 &, Q4 milestones and effectively project manage the deliverables and team via Asana.
  • Can grasp complex concepts and make them understandable to different types of Team Members and personalities, driving everyone to success.  
  • LOVE Marketing, Leadership & Personal Development - some might even think you’re obsessed with it, but you don’t care, it’s your JAM and GENIUS
  • You work well under pressure and on tight deadlines - taking pride in not only meeting deadlines, but submitting tasks and projects early and accurately. 
  • You have an amazing ability to stay calm under pressure - grace and ease is your middle name  
  • Ability to PIVOT when a strategy isn’t working, using metrics & data to guide decisions  
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as Marketing Manager/ Project Manager and leading Marketing & Content Teams- on both creative and technical sides needed to create and produce successful marketing campaigns.  
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills & project management skills 
  • Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
  • Asana Project Management is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite 
  • Extensive knowledge & experience optimizing CRM platforms like HubSpot, Keap, Kartra, ClickFunnels, Go High Level, etc
Compensation: 
  • $4000- $4500/ month 
  • Exact Salary and package to be determined based on experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles 
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, high-performer exceptional drive for success
  • Flexible & adaptable problem solver who is solution-oriented and driven by data
  • Experienced with no-code tools like Zapier and geek out on automation and AI to increase productivity
  • You’re a proactive, effective communicator, and have ample experience building and/or managing a marketing team
  • You aren’t afraid to fail and speak up (some of our biggest breakthroughs and learning come from our mistakes)
Experience with technology & tools:
  • EXPERT Level Project Management Tools (ex: Asana, Trello, Clickup, etc)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRMs & Marketing Funnels 
  • Comprehensive knowledge with all major social media platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Gdrive & GSuite tools 
  • Slack
