Engineering Manager – Compliance Manager
Do you want to be “unleashed” rather than managed?
Are you constantly seeking new ways to do things, preferring to move away from “how things have been done” in the past?
Do your peers describe you as relentless, driving, intense, and high-strung?
Do you find yourself frequently frustrated when people:
1. Can’t see the big picture and want to simply repeat what they’ve done in the past?
2. Talk too much & move too slow?
3. “Justify” & explain with excuses why they did not meet a deadline or achieve a goal?
If so, we want to talk with you about our Engineering Manager – Compliance Manager Position.
Jumpstart is a well-established, but rapidly growing, privately held company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of “building-envelope products”. · Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred)
