Outside Sales Representative

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through business development and outside sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Manage and grow existing accounts through account management techniques
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must have experience in the pump service industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
- Ability to analyze market data and customer information to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Technical sales knowledge is preferred, as it will enable effective communication of product features and benefits
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
