Steel Point Solutions is looking to hire ServiceNow App Developers to meet the responsibilities listed below in ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management (HAM/SAM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, test, and debug scripts using the scoped client-side and server-side APIs
  • Secure applications against access by unauthorized users and applications
  • Import data from external data sources
  • Automate application logic using workflow, scheduled script executions, and inbound and outbound email
  • Use application properties to modify application behavior dynamically
  • Automate application processes with Flow Designer
  • Use web services for outbound and inbound REST integrations
  • Create scripted REST web services to interact with third-party applications
  • Analyze data application data
  • Enable users with context-sensitive help
  • Use source control to manage application files
  • Create chatbot conversations for Virtual Agent
  • Build and test a portal using Service Portal
  • Develop custom widgets for Service Portal
  • Develop applications that support Domain Separation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow design and administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in software design and development
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or other ServiceNow modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certification (i.e. Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, Systems Administrator)
  • Prior federal government experience

The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Steel Point Solutions considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
