Position Overview: Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse is hiring all positions for our new Houston location. We are currently hiring for various back-of-house roles including:

  • Pizza Makers
  • Dough Specialists
  • Dishwashers
  • Salad & Sandwich Makers
  • Produce Prep

What You'll Do: As part of our BOH team, you'll be involved in:

  • Preparing pizzas, grinders, and salads
  • Making dough and handling food prep
  • Washing dishes
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Food Handlers Certificate. Serv-Safe certification is preferred but not mandatory

Requisitos:

  • Capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo

  • Confiabilidad y puntualidad
  • Una actitud positiva y profesional
  • Certificado de Manipulador de Alimentos. Certificacin Serv-Safe es preferible pero no obligatoria
