CNC Programmer in FIREARMS Industry / XLR Industries

· Must possess knowledge, experience, and familiarity with CNC CAM Programming, fixture design, and CNC machine processes.

· Preferred experience with Gibbs Cam software

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:

  • CNC CAM programming (real life experience required)
  • Fixture design and implementation
  • Carryout production, inspection, and machine operation of prototype parts
  • Operate basic shop equipment (blast, band saw, grinders, etc.)
  • Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency and production
  • Deburr and clean parts as required
  • Complete routine machine and shop equipment maintenance.
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
  • All employees must follow XLR Industries’ employment practices and policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
