Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at Tapp’d, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive consistently delicious, high-quality meals. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing dishes according to Tapp’d standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you’re a team player who loves the energy of a bustling kitchen, we want to hear from you

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items such as wings, burgers, steaks, and appetizers to specification.

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste.

• Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.

• Keep a clean and organized station, adhering to all health and safety standards.

• Assist in food prep, inventory management, and daily kitchen tasks as needed.

• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house staff to meet customer expectations.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification is a plus).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
