Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Math Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the academic year by creating and delivering a comprehensive math curriculum that supports their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about math education, compassionate toward students, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. 
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a classroom curriculum that aligns with school standards
  • Foster the development of students’ critical thinking skills
  • Prepare and organize necessary learning materials
  • Assign and review homework
  • Take attendance and maintain accurate records
  • Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback
  • Track and document students’ learning progress
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school personnel to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Report and document any behavioral incidents
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification
  • Prior experience teaching at the K-12 level is preferred
  • Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with a commitment to strict adherence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
