JOB TITLE: Email Surveillance Analyst

LOCATION: New York City

 

Work Schedule: Hybrid (6x a month WFH)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information

·         Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues

·         Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications

Skills Required:

·         Bachelor's Degree

·         1-4 years of experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Strong communication skills

·         Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion

Desired Skills:

·         Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry

·         Prior experience with email surveillance, including Global Relay surveillance system

 

·         MICROSOFT OFFICE

·         STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

·         BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
