Medical Billing Specialist Details and Compensation:

  • Location: Cumberland, RI | Hybrid  - on site 1-2 day per week
  • Payrate: $27/hr
  • Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 830a-5p

Payroll Tax Analyst Summary and Highlights:

The Payroll Tax Specialist will assist in addressing a backlog of payroll tax-related registrations and administrative tasks.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Payroll Tax Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative items related to payroll tax.
  • Reconcile internal tax payments.
  • Manage state, local, unemployment, and federal tax registrations.

Payroll Tax Analyst Requirements:

  • Associate Degree required
  • Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
  • 2+ years in payroll tax required
  • Microsoft Suite experience required
