Fort Comfort Services is a Denver, CO headquartered home services business. We serve residential & commercial customers across the state of Colorado. We are seeking assertiveproactive, and motivated Sales talent to join our growing team and help to aggressively expand our business. This role will focus on generating leads and new B2B sales. Prospective clients include: other B2C service providers, general contractors, HOA managers, Property Managers, developers, etc. This role is designed as a 1099 sales role, commission only (uncapped annual commission), with the potential to generate $1-$2M in year one sales for the business ($100k+ in compensation to sales person). All sales personnel report directly to the owners of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships
  • Self-generate new leads and handle these from quote-to-close
  • Appropriately price & sell services at or above company margin goals
  • Maintain and nurture new relationships to maximize partnership opportunities
  • Produce work orders for operation teams for leads converted to jobs
  • Perpetuate a positive, hustle, and competitive mindset

Requirements

  • Proven past success in sales roles: promotions, increases in $$ sold year-over-year or closing rates
  • Prior sales experience in home services or trades-related industries
  • Firm grasp and comfort with technology, in particular: Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, sharepoint) or similar, CRMs, virtual bidding software (STACK, Procore, or similar),
  • In-home sales experience is preferred, though not required
  • No ego approach to your work & selling: all leads and estimates are an opportunity to close a sale.
  • Competitive nature/self-motivated
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Comfortable negotiating & asking for the sale
