The Role

Ultimately, your job is to help us continue to deliver world class customer service and unparalleled physical therapy sessions.

You will help the PT team carry out sessions by assisting with cleaning, preparation and putting away equipment, ensuring the space is safe, and occasionally giving an extra hand in exercises.  You will also help the admin team with double checking scheduling, eligibility, and reaching out to clients for reminders.  Ultimately, you will help ensure our clients have a great experience with us and feel like they’re the only one in our office.


Responsibilities


Provide "wow" experiences - Your number one job is to provide an unparalleled customer experience that clients can't wait to come back to and force them to tell all their friends about. Some ways you will do this may include

  • Equipment already setup for them before anyone asks
  • The office space is clean and feels like no one has stepped foot inside
  • Giving encouraging affirmation to clients

Prevent No Shows And Limit Drop Offs And Cancellation - You will be responsible for checking to see if patients are scheduled out, marking these specific appointments for re-assessment, and checking if their documents/prescriptions are up to date.

Office cleanliness and replenishment - You will make sure all equipment is stored in the correct areas and always clean/sanitized  You will also make sure all areas of the office are properly stocked such as paper towels, lotions, creams, etc.

Equipment check and preparation.  You’ll ensure all equipment is working properly, safe, and ready for use.  This includes software with inputting client demographics for testing
