Lakeview Pharmacy is currently hiring for the role of Pharmacy Manager. This is a full-time position with a desirable work schedule for a friendly, compassionate, and results-driven individual. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for directing personnel, managing the daily store operations, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company values of Respect, Integrity, Trust, Professionalism, Empathy, and Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure that best-in-class customer service is provided

  • Perform the role of staff pharmacist as required

  • Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, employee culture, and profitability; work with store owners to develop and deploy process improvements

  • Assist with personnel scheduling

  • Assist with the planning and execution of store meetings

  • Work with HR Specialist to hire and train new staff

  • Work with third-party vendors as needed to maintain operations

  • Conduct performance review of direct reports

  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy

  • Maintain a current pharmacist license with the State of Wisconsin

  • Remain clear of the DEA’s Exclusion List

  • Immunization and Non-Vaccine Injectable certifications

  • 5 years of experience as a staff pharmacist

  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Experience with project management and the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68.00 - $77.00 per hour
