Rivanna Medical, Inc. seeks a highly skilled IT Business Manager to join our dynamic Business Administration team. As the IT Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing company-wide software solutions and providing exceptional IT support for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operations of our IT infrastructure to support overall business objectives. Responsibilities:


Software Integration and Management

  • Oversee the integration of new software solutions and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify software needs and solutions.
  • Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Support implementation and maintain MRP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.


Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for all software-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain a robust ticketing system to track and resolve employee IT issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential problems.
  • Train employees on new software and updates.

Workflow Creation and Optimization

  • Design and implement workflows to streamline software system operations.
  • Document and communicate workflow processes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all workflows comply with industry best practices and company policies.


Project Management

  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support project goals.
  • Prepare project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.


Security and Compliance

  • Ensure all software systems are secure and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT security trends and threats.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions (e.g. ERP, MRP, CRM, HRIS)
  • Proven experience in software integration and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience leading IT projects.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
