Procurement & Inventory (Parts) Manager

All candidates must live in Katy.

Leading construction equipment parts management and procurement operations for our Katy office. This role oversees parts ordering, inventory management, and team leadership across US and Mexico operations. Light travel to Mexico to oversee our Mexico Warehouse.

Key Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory
  • Heavy machinery parts expertise
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years industry experience
  • 5-10 years leadership experience preferred
  • SAP knowledge

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead parts procurement team in US and Mexico
  • Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships
  • Create performance dashboards and analytics reports
  • Provide technical parts support and training
  • Occasional travel to Mexico required

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, located in Katy, Texas office (no remote work).
