Job Title: Junior Web Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web technologies and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Web Developer, you will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, collaborating with senior developers, and contributing to various development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

    1.    Develop and Maintain Websites: Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of web applications and websites.
    2.    Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues.
    3.    Optimize Website Performance: Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for a great user experience across devices and browsers.
    4.    Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and fix bugs or issues that arise during development or on live applications.
    5.    Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
    6.    Front-end and Back-end Development: Support both front-end and back-end development tasks using modern frameworks, tools, and technologies.
    7.    Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to suggest improvements or new approaches.
    8.    Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation for code and development processes.

Requirements:

    •    1+ years of experience in web development
    •    Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
    •    Experience with back-end languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus
    •    Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar
    •    Knowledge of version control systems like Git
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    •    Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
    •    A passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills:

    •    Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
    •    Familiarity with APIs and integration processes
    •    Basic knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
