This Software Test Engineer will test Windows based Medical Device software, ensuring regulatory compliance by developing and executing detailed test cases based on design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test cases based on system requirements and designs.
  • Create and maintain manual test scripts and tools.
  • Manage test configurations and set up test environments.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing within Agile processes.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Assist in analyzing design issues and test failures for regression testing.
  • Maintain test protocols and requirement traceability.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiar with FDA-regulated software development processes.
  • Skilled in test planning and manual test execution.
  • Proficient in programming/scripting (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python).
  • Experienced in Agile, bug tracking, code repositories, and requirements tracing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Team player with initiative and self-motivation.

Education and Experience:

  • BS in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in software testing on product teams.
  • Experience in medical devices or regulated industries.
