Inventory Coordinator

o   Hybrid - Holtsville, NY 11742

o   remote days: Mon/Fri

 

Duration: 9+ months; temp to perm potential

Pay Rate: $25.06 per hour W2

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8-5 EST

o   Provide support for successful execution of customer’s inventory events
Follow up on late/lost shipments to customer

o   Upload store address listing to the OMIS database

o   Engage client re: questions/requests (missing equipment, missing supplies,)

o   Follow up with client on missing equipment (not returned)

o   Create and release ALL work order(s) (minimum 10 days before ship)

o   Create and release documentation for printing (IDs, IPWs, Client-specific flyers)

o   Create/Update Region Validity File (if applicable

o   Post inventory schedule to the LAN and Customer Support Schedule

 

Job Requirements:

o   Minimum 2 years of experience in office/business environment

o   Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

o   Minimum: High School Diploma/GED
